Prior to joining IBM, Benjamin worked for Dell, Compuserve, The Commonwealth Bank and the UK National Health service. Bill Bauman Bill Bauman is a former Intel processor developer. Based in the US Bill is recognized as an x86 and POWER virtualization expert. He is also a specialist in scalable systems and is published in the field of processor performance. Bill Luken Bill Luken has 15 years supporting Intel/AMD based servers, joining IBM in October 1993 starting in the PC HelpCenter supporting Networking Hardware and then later PC Server, Netfinity & xSeries servers. In his current role, team lead in the TSM, Technical Support Management, organization he is responsible for the end-to end BladeCenter and System x technical support lifecycle. This includes the lead roll as the configuration tools and other pre-sales tools interface to the tools development teams, representing the IBM and Business Partner sales teams. Hassan Elsetohy In IBM since 1994, Hassan has performed several roles including Consulting IT Architect (ITA), Consulting IT Specialist and Systems Engineer. In his current role as a Consulting ITA, Hassan performs Architect, and Method Exponent tasks for major engagements, which include developing Enterprise Technical Solutions and Architectures, Cost Models, SoWs, Work Breakdown Structures and Risk Analysis. Solutions and Architectures involve various platforms, middleware, storage subsystems and services. Platforms including AIX, Solaris, HP-UX, Linux and Windows. Middleware include HACMP, CSM, PSSP, VERITAS and Tivoli. Storage technologies include SAN fabric, disks and ATLs, SSA and SCSI.
